- handles transfer of incoming calls (via keypad) *)
Call Centers
All Call Centers that you account is a member of are listed in the Settings screen, and if the admin have allowed you to join/unjoin the Call Centers, you will be able to do so.
Transferring a call
When the Call Control app is started while in a call, the Call Status screen will be displayed:
If the active call was an incoming call, the Transfer button will be visible – and when pressed – a keypad is shown on which you can enter the number you wish to transfer the call to.
*) The service “Call Transfer” must be assigned to your account in order to be able to transfer calls…..
