BroadWorks R18 support added to Call Control (Android)

The Android version of Call Control for BroadSoft BroadWorks v1.04 is now available at the Android Market. This update introduces

- support for BroadWorks R18 (and while at it, also R13)
- a few UI improvements related to devices with large displays (Galaxy Nexus and tablets)
- “display options” for Enterprise contacts (control of display and sort order of contacts)

BroadSoft Connections 2011

Android version of Call Control updated

Call Control for BroadWorks v1.02 is now available on the Android Market. Besides a few stability fixes, this version includes

- CommPilot Express profile selection
- Simultaneous Ring (personal) settings
- Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking setting
- New tab with Enterprise Directory – and the Personal Phone List (if populated) is now used as favorites (star key on the keypad).
- Redial – the keypad now remembers the last number dialed (or gets it from the call log when started the first time).

Updated 20110825: Yesterday I pushed a small update – to 1.03 – which contains a stability bugfix….
Updated 20110905: Pushed another small update today- to 1.03 – fixing intermittent extension/mobile mixup in the Enterprise directory and display of un-assigned services…

Call Control for BroadWorks now available at Android Market

Call Control v1.01 is finally available at the Android Market – like it’s iPhone sibling, it allows you to originate calls from your Android phone through your BroadSoft BroadWorks powered desk phone and enables easy control of Remote Office, BroadWorks Anywhere, DND and Call Forwarding settings while on the move.

It also supports joining/unjoining of any call centers you are a member of as well as access to your desk phones call log.

The price will be $6 but until June 8, it can be yours for only $1. The direct link to the app is https://market.android.com/details?id=com.winther.callcontrol

Note to beta testers: The version on Android Market is equivalent to build 650.

Remote Office for Android now available

Remote Office allows you to originate calls from your Android through your BroadWorks powered desk phone and enables easy control of Remote Office, DND and Call Forwarding settings while on the move.
It also supports joining/unjoining of any call centers you are a member of as well as access to your desk phones call log.

Remote Office works with the Xtended Marketplace of BroadSoft – utilizing the integration of marketplace with the affiliated service providers to validate user account information and automatically configure the App (and thereby reducing support needs).

If you are with a service provider and would like to see how the Remote Office App works with your BroadWorks system, fell free to request an activation code from support@winther.dk (please include username and OCI Hostname that it should work with)…..
