		<description>Hi Ross,

Hmm - if remote offce is on, it could be that you&#039;ve set the remote office number to a number that the switch cannot dial as is.

It could also be that you need to prefix calls with e.g. 9 or 0 when dialing &quot;outside&quot; and you forgot to do so?

		<description>Hi,

Great App.

I have been using it via Primus out VOIP provider.

It works fine for all functions except I cannot make calls.

I get Call status &gt; Initiating Call back call to xxxx &gt;

Release (User not found) ?

However I can see my phone logs and control features like remote office.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

<description>I would love to try your updated app. i have tested the one published on itunes and it works for me. there are a few things that i think it needs for me to pay for it if you sold it. will you be interested in a partnership or selling the app? my UDID is 381c596615b891678571ed49e4d66b3377ab8125. Thank you and good luck. I love it when i see people thinking outside of the Box.</description>

		<description>Hi Jed,

Glad you like it!
Wrote it using xcode – and yes – remote office is what I’m working on now.

		<description>Hi Roger,

Thanks for you comments.
I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean with EWS vs XSP – the hostname you see in the example is actually pointing to ews.xdp.broadsoft.com (BroadSoft’s sandbox) – dont really have an influence on that name

I’m aware of the Save button – but my thinking was that it was to slow when commiting the changes on the fly.

As for click-to-dial – working on it
Should it not be possible with just the “Remote Office” and Call Control Client” services assigned?

<description>Looks great, I&#039;ve just tried it out, and it works for me (note - you put in your providers EWS name, not XSP).

I think that the use of the &quot;save&quot; button on the settings page conflicts with the iPhone design metaphor that things are done as soon as you change them.

Looking forward to click-to-dial with call-backs from the call logs (just rely on the user to have BroadWorks Anywhere with &#039;alert all locations for click to dial&#039; set - or better yet, offer to set it on for them if they don&#039;t have it selected.
